How about the implementation cost?
Salesforce works out of the box. That said, all organizations need certain level of customization to adapt the CRM system to their processes. That can go from configuring some fields and help with user onboarding to highly complex customization and integrations. Yes, there is nothing barring an organization to enter Setup and customizing their instance, like there is nothing preventing somebody to open the hood of their car and perform some maintenance and enhancements.
